Crock Pot Sausage and Peppers

The great thing about this recipe is that it's so easy and so quick that you can double it and freeze half! Then when you've got a busy day, just pop it into the crock pot and you're good to go!

Crock Pot Sausage and Peppers

6 Italian sausage (I actually used pre-cooked)
2 green peppers, cut into slices
1 red pepper, cut into slices
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans Italian diced tomatoes (I just used regular)
A little olive oil
1 Tbs Italian seasoning




1. Stick everything in the crock pot. 
2. Turn the crock pot on. 
3. Cook on low for 8 hours. 
4. Serve over rice or pasta.  Have your wonderful husband hold his plate up for the picture...
